Expenses and fuel
Spending and fill-ups are separate lists under More, both tied to the selected vehicle. Currency follows Settings.
Expenses
Section titled “Expenses”More → Expenses records amount, date, category, vendor, payment method, notes, and optional photos (Import a file or Take a picture).
Categories include fuel, camping, aire, parking, toll, vignette, maintenance, repair, insurance, equipment, gas, electricity, and other. Payment methods: cash, card, transfer, or other.
Lists can show totals for this month, this year, this trip, and by category. Home’s Annual expenses tile shows the total for the current year.
You can still log a fuel expense for the money, and a fill-up (below) for litres and consumption. Use both when you want cost and tank data.

- Date and mileage
- Quantity and price per unit (or total price)

- Full tank or partial fill
- Notes
From fill-ups SAKCarLog can show average consumption, cost per km (or mile), and average price. Home’s Last fill-up tile uses the most recent entry.
